Thank you for shopping with Amvibio! We aim to make every delivery smooth, timely, and worry free. Please read the details below to understand how your order will reach you.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday.
  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) are processed the same day.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeline

  • Transit Time: Once your order leaves our facility, delivery typically takes 1–2 business days.
  • Total Delivery Window: From the moment you place your order, expect it to arrive within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery Days: Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.
  • Please Note: These timeframes are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, high order volume, or courier related factors outside our control.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. (Flat rate or promotional shipping terms will be added here once finalized.)

How We Ship

  • Courier Partners: We work with trusted, established courier services to get your order to you safely.
  • Shipment Protection: Every order is covered against loss or damage in transit reach out to our support team if an issue comes up.
  • Packaging: We aim to use responsible, minimal-waste packaging wherever possible.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your courier name and tracking number.
  • You can check your delivery status anytime using the tracking link provided.
  • Our support team is available if you need help locating your shipment.

If Something's Missing

  • If any item from your order is missing, let us know within 7 days of delivery by emailing sales@titantroves.com.
  • We'll investigate promptly and either send a replacement or issue a refund whichever works best for you.

Returns Snapshot

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return.
  • Return shipping is covered by the customer, except when the item is defective or doesn't match its description in that case, Amvibio covers the cost.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.
  • We do not charge any restocking fee on returns.

Return Shipping Costs Who Pays What

  • Our fault (defective, wrong item, carrier damage): No cost to you we handle it.
  • Change of mind (wrong size, no longer needed, etc.): The actual return delivery cost applies to the customer.
